Ketogenic Breakfast Recipes: Keto Idli
Ingredients for Keto Idli:
- Paneer 100gm
- Coconut flour 1 cup
- Flaxseed ½ cup
- Almonds 20
- Green chilly
- Ginger paste
- Hung curd
Grind or grate 100 gm paneer.
Take 1 cup coconut flour, ½ cup flaxseed and 20 almonds and grind them to a fine powder
Add this to the grated paneer and blend.
Add 2 tablespoons of green chilly and ginger paste.
Add 2 tablespoon of hung curd and 2 teaspoon of salt.
Blend well to make a thick batter.
Now, spread this batter onto a well-greased idli moulds.
Steam the idli in the cooker for 20 minutes.
Delicious idlis are ready to serve.
Here is an alternate recipe that you can try:
1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup cocoanut flour
2 tbl spn Psyllium husk powder
chopped green chillies,
chopped coriander leaves,
finely chopped ginger,
1/4 tsp baking soda,
1/4 tsp baking powder and
Heat oil, add mustard seeds and jeera seeds. Wait till mustard seeds splutters. Add
chopped green chillies, ginger and green chillies. Switch off the flame. Add almond flour, coconut flour Psyllium husk powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt according to your taste. Add curds little by little until the desired idli consistency is obtained. Put the batter into idli mould and steam the idlis for few minutes. Insert a tooth pick into an idli, if it comes out clean then idlis are done.
Serve with peanut or cocoanut chutney.
