Keto Dessert Recipe: Keto Mug Cake (Microwave Chocolate Cake)

A keto mug cake for desset? You can whip up in a jiffy in the microwave.

This low carb dessert recipe comes together in under two minutes and uses no fancy ingredients or equipment.

Keto Mug Cake (Microwave Chocolate Cake) | Keto Recipes | Headbanger’s Kitchen

Makes 1 servings.

Ingredients:

– 25 grams of almond flour (1/4 cup)
– 2 tbsp cocoa powder
– a pinch of salt
– 1 tbsp melted butter/coconut oil
– 1 tbsp cream
– a few drops of Stevia, to taste
– a few drop of vanilla extract
– 1 Egg

Preparation:

1. Whisk wet ingredients together.
2. Add almond flour and cocoa powder to the wet ingredients and whisk until smooth.
3 Microwave for 1 minute for a fudgy texture, 1 minute 10 seconds for a more cakey texture.
4. Serve with our chocolate ganache or peanut butter or whipped cream.

Recipe for Ganache:

Makes 1 servings.

Ingredients:

– 10 grams 90% Lindt Chocolate ( 1 Square)
– 10 grams butter
– 1 Tbsp Whipping Cream
– Stevia to taste
– Less than a pinch of salt (if the butter is unsalted)

Preparation:

1. Break the chocolate into pieces and melt with butter in the microwave for 20 seconds.
2. Add in the cream and mix well.
3. Use as a topping where desired. Preferably on that microwave mug cake.
